Debbie, CEO and owner, joined Mature Options, Inc. after a distinguished career in trauma nursing management and public policy development. Debbie holds a diploma in nursing, a bachelor's degree from McGill University, and a master's degree in public administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a graduate of the Virginia Executive Institute, the Commonwealth of Virginia's senior executive training program. |

Tricia Cushnie, BSN, MEd, CNAA
Tricia, Director of Business Development and owner, has extensive experience in heath care management as a senior executive and consultant. Tricia received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the Medical College of Virginia and a master's degree in education from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is certified by the American Nursing Association in Nursing Administration, Advanced.
