Elderly Medication Management

One of the most complex tasks for frail elders to manage is the administration of daily medications, especially if they are cognitively impaired. They forget to take medications, duplicate dosages, or take less than prescribed dosages. We will assess your loved one’s capabilities for self-administration and design a strategy to solve identified problems.
