Company Benefits
Recruitment Bonus
Do you know someone that you would recommend for employment at Mature Options? If we hire someone you refer and they work the required number of shifts, you may be eligible for a bonus of up to $250. If the person you refer works the evening shift, your final bonus could be $350. Ask the Personnel Services Director for details.
Attendance Bonus
Your reliability is critical to our clients’ well-being. If you work all your scheduled shifts in a three month period, you are eligible for an attendance bonus. We love rewarding committed and reliable employees! Ask the Personnel Services Director for details.
401K
Mature Options employees are eligible upon hire to participate in our 401K program. The program offers many investment options and Mature Options provides a company match to support your retirement planning.
Paid Time Off
After you have worked at least 1,642 hours in a year, you will be eligible for 40 hours of paid time off in the next calendar year.
Flexibility
Mature Options recognizes that employees have other obligations along with working for us. Personnel Services will coordinate efforts with you to accommodate your scheduling needs whenever possible.
