Our Home Care Services Include:
- Guaranteed coverage for all contracted shifts/hours of care
- An assigned Care Manager (RN) and a Care Coordinator (LPN) for every case to monitor changes in client condition, ensure service quality, and communicate with family members on a regular basis
- An on-site, comprehensive orientation to the client’s needs when the case begins and with each change in the client’s condition
- Intensive supervision of caregivers
