End-of-Life Nursing Care

Many elders want to spend their last days at home, and families want to honor that wish. Some families find they need help beyond that provided by a hospice program to meet the 24-hour a day care requirements of a dying loved one. Our caregivers are oriented to the unique needs of the dying client and our care managers work in close collaboration with the client’s hospice service provider to coordinate and deliver end-of-life care consistent with hospice directives.
