End-of-Life Nursing Care
Many elders want to spend their last days at home, and families want to honor that wish. Some families find they need help beyond that provided by a hospice program to meet the 24-hour a day care requirements of a dying loved one. Mature Options is honored to provide home care services for elders at end-of-life.
There are no words to express my overwhelming gratitude for your personal kindness and compassion for Mom, especially in the last few days and nights of her life... I know she died in the most compassionate way possible...
Daughter & POA
For some elders, end-of-life nursing care represents the final stage of a long relationship we have shared for years. For others, it may be the beginning of a short, but intimate connection. Regardless, Mature Options places the highest value on ensuring that dying elders and their families receive compassionate care delivered by knowledgeable caregivers.
Our caregivers are oriented to the unique needs of the dying client and our care managers work in close collaboration with the client’s hospice service provider to coordinate and deliver end-of-life care consistent with hospice directives.
Call us. We’d be honored to help.
